We are currently seeking qualified professionals to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I

Location: Shashemene Banking Center

Qualifications:

• Education: BA Degree in
  • Banking and Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Or a related business field
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant banking or customer service experience

Position 2: Manager, Employee Services Division

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

Option 1:

• MA/MBA/MSC Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR functions (rewards, services, relations, analytics, evaluation), with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Option 2:

• BA/BSC Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 9 years in similar HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position
