To support its growth and branch operations, the Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Branch Manager.
Position: Branch Manager
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
- Minimum 5 years of banking operations experience
- At least 2 years as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent position in branch banking

- Strong branch management capabilities
- Ability to build and lead high-performance teams
- Excellent commitment, discipline, and time management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of internal control procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Sales and marketing capability

- Familiarity with core banking applications
- Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
- Understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is advantageous
