Position 1: Banking Business Officer I
Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- Minimum of 2 years branch banking experience, including 1 year as Junior Officer
Required Competencies
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer experience management
- Interest Free Banking (IFB) product knowledge
- Problem identification and solution skills
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
- Knowledge of local language is an advantage
Duty Stations: Bedelle, Hossana & Negelle Borena
Position 2: Financing Appraisal Officer II
Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Officer I in financing/credit areas
- Knowledge of Interest Free Banking is advantageous

Position 3: Senior District Banking Business Officer
Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- 4 years of banking operation experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer/Officer in branch banking areas
Required Competencies
- Effective communication
- Coordination and facilitation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Problem-solving skills
- Internal control knowledge
- Familiarity with core banking applications
Duty Station: East District (Dire Dawa)
Position 4: Office Equipment Maintenance Technician I
Education & Experience
- Level IV/Diploma in Electronics or related fields
- 2 years of relevant experience in office equipment maintenance and repair

- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- Minimum experience:

- At least 2 years as Senior Officer in branch banking operations

Position 6: Marketing & Communication Officer II
Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, or other Business-related fields
- 3 years of experience, including 1 year as Officer I in marketing roles
Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 7: Graphic Designer
Education & Experience
- BSc Degree in Computer Science with certification in Graphic Design, Visual Art, or related fields
- 3 years of relevant professional experience
Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 8: Digital Marketing & Communication Officer II
Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Officer I in Marketing & Communication
