Position 1: Driver
Educational Qualification:
- Completed Grade 10
- Possess a valid Grade 3 driving license
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience
Additional Skills & Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Ethiopian Transport Authority rules and regulations
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate assigned vehicles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Training in driver mechanics or related field is an added advantage
Duty Station: Dire Dawa
Registration: Dire Dawa District Office (around Conel area)
Position 2: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role within branch operations
Required Competencies:
- Strong leadership and branch management abilities
- Proven skills in team building, coaching, and mentoring
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in core banking applications
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Understanding of internal control systems
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) knowledge is an added advantage
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable
