JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Senior Internal Control Officer

Education :- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
Experience :- with 3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as Auditor/Internal Control Officer
➠ Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work :- Jimma, Dessie & Shashemene

Position 2: Senior Branch Coordination Officer

Education :- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields

Experience :- 3/5 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer in branch banking areas.

Core competencies

➠ Knowledge of core banking applications
➠ Effective communication.
➠ Coordination & facilitation
➠ Coaching and mentoring;
➠ Problem solving. 
➠ Internal control.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work: Jimma

Position 3: Manager, Branch Coordination Office

Education :- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related field
Experience :- 5/7 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as Senior officer/Team Leader or equivalent role in branch banking area.
