Internship Position: Customer Service
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Marketing Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management Information System, or related fields
- GPA above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
- Year of Graduation: 2023 or later
- Age: Not more than 25 years
Experience:
- 0 years (fresh graduates welcome)
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to commit to internship for 3–6 months
- Willingness to learn and work in bank branches with minimal supervision
- Willingness to sign internship program agreement
- Certifications in customer service, business intelligence, or related areas are advantageous
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer service and operational training
- Assist in daily branch operations under supervision
- Support business intelligence and customer service initiatives
- Contribute to financial inclusion efforts and client satisfaction
