Position 1: Spare Part Sales Expert
Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Automotive Technology
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare-parts sales.
- Good knowledge of excavator components and spare parts.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good after-sales service skills
Job Responsibilities:
The Spare Part Sales Expert will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling excavator and heavy-equipment spare parts.
- Expanding the company’s customer base.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate spare parts.
- Providing effective after-sales service.
- Supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Position 2: Excavator Spare Parts Store Man
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Technology
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in heavy-equipment or excavator spare-parts store management.
- Experience working with major excavator brands such as:
- CAT
- Komatsu
- Hitachi
- Volvo
- Hyundai
- Doosan
- Kobelco
- SANY
- XCMG
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of excavator and heavy-equipment spare parts.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and undercarriage spare parts.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
The Excavator Spare Parts Store Man will be responsible for:
- Receiving and inspecting spare parts.
- Properly storing and organizing spare parts.
- Controlling and maintaining inventory.
- Issuing spare parts when required.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring required parts are available when needed.
- Supporting efficient warehouse and spare-parts operations.
