Position: Young Changemakers Volunteer (Group 4)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement & Needs Assessment
Live and work within a rural community
Build trust and strong relationships with local residents
Identify key challenges through community participation
2. Project Design & Implementation
Co-create solutions with community members
Plan and implement development projects
Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders
3. Monitoring & Evaluation
Track project progress and measure results
Adjust plans based on feedback
Ensure sustainability of solutions
4. Cultural Integration & Leadership
Respect local culture, traditions, and values
Promote cooperation and mutual learning
Demonstrate leadership and responsibility
What You Need to Succeed:
- Age 21 or older
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Physically and emotionally ready for rural service
- Strong passion for community service
- Good communication and adaptability
- Female applicants are highly encouraged
