JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

Education : BA or Diploma in business or social sciences.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years for BA holders and 4 years for Diploma holders in microfinance operations.
Location : Hawassa Branch

Position 2: Manager, Finance & Accounts Department

Education : BA or MA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or related field from an accredited university.
Experience : At least 10 years for BA holders and 8 years for MA holders in finance management or related roles. Experience in microfinance is preferred.
Location : Addis Ababa (Head Office)
