To support its continued growth, World Top Trading PLC is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its team in Addis Ababa for the following positions.
Position 1: Sales Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and targets.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals effectively.
- Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing programs and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Manage deposits, payments, and customer account balances.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.

Position 2: Accountant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and financial reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax and financial regulations.
- Support management with financial data for decision-making.
