Available Positions and Requirements
1. Engineering Associate – Multi-skilled
Location: Beynouna Village
Education: Diploma/Level III in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related
Experience: Minimum 2 years
2. Driver/Belboy
Location: Wonchi
Education: Grade 10 or 12 completion with Public II/Dry II license
Experience: Minimum 4 years; COC Certificate required
3. Staff Café – Chefs
Location: Wonchi
Education: Diploma in Food Preparation or Hotel Management
Experience: 3 years in large-scale hotel kitchens; COC Certificate required
4. Shift Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader
Location: Wonchi
Education: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel/relevant industries; COC Certificate required
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
5. Facility Manager
Location: Wonchi
Option 1: BA Degree with 4 years managerial experience
Option 2: Diploma with 6 years relevant experience
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
6. Security Guards
Location: Wonchi
Education: Grade 10/12 complete
Experience: Minimum 3 years in security, military, or police services
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
7. Purchase Executive
Location: Wonchi
Education: BA in Procurement, Logistics, or Business Management
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
8. Finance Executive
Location: Wonchi
Option 1: BA in Accounting with 3 years experience
Option 2: Diploma with 4 years experience
COC Certificate required
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
9. Recreation Executive
Location: Wonchi
Education: BA in Hotel Management or Marketing
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
10. Food and Beverage Executive
Location: Wonchi
Option 1: BA Degree + 1 year experience
Option 2: Diploma in F&B + 3 years supervisory experience
Option 3: Level I (10+1) with 5 years hotel experience
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
11. Food and Beverage Administration
Location: Wonchi
Option 1: BA in Hotel/F&B/Management with 4 years managerial experience
Option 2: Diploma with 6 years experience
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
12. Guest Relations Executive
Location: Wonchi
Education: Diploma in Hotel/Customer Relations or related field
Experience: 3 years in housekeeping/laundry with supervisory exposure
Language: English and Oromifa preferred
