Position : Sales Officer
Qualifications and Skills
➠ Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
➠ Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
➠ Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
➠ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➠ Proficiency in English and Amharic (any other local language is an advantage)
➠ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
➠ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
➠ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
➠ Promoting and selling our products/services,
➠ Identifying potential customers, and
➠ Driving revenue growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
➠ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
➠ Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
➠ Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
➠ Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
➠ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
➠ Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market feedback.
➠ Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
➠ Handle customer complaints and provide solutions promptly.
