As part of its new strategic direction and organizational development, the Bank is seeking qualified and motivated fresh graduates to join its team as Graduate Trainees in the IT (Data Center) department.
Position: Graduate Trainee – IT (Data Center)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power or Control streams
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
- Age must be less than 25 years
- Exit Exam Score: Minimum of 50%
- Work Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bank’s IT infrastructure and data center operations
- Ensure effective and continuous service delivery in alignment with the Bank’s IT policies
- Monitor and assist in the operation, safety, and maintenance of IT power systems and hardware
- Work with the IT team to provide responsive and reliable support to internal users and systems
- Assist in developing technical documentation and reporting procedures
