Open Positions and Requirements
1. Director, Risk Management
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years (Master’s) / 10 years (Bachelor’s) of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role within the banking sector
Location: Head Office
2. Director, Corporate and Branch Banking Audit
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level in banking
Location: Head Office
3. Director, Information Technology Audit
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 8/10 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity in the banking industry
Location: Head Office
4. Manager, Digital Banking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking/digital finance experience, with 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Location: City District Office
5. Branch Manager IV
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Location: Branches under Jimma District Office
