Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Human Resources Officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle (job postings, resume screening, interviews, etc.).
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and HR regulations for compliance.
- Prepare contracts, letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.
- Communicate policy changes and act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries.

Position 2: Sales Engineer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical, energy, or industrial sectors.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of engineering products.
- Solution-oriented approach and analytical thinking.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-driven team player.

Position 3: Showroom Sales Representative
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of electrical products and applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
