Position: Call Center Agent
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or a call center role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Fluency in Amharic and English (Tigrigna or Somali language skills are a plus).
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and computer tools.
- Calm, professional, and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on Trucks Load PLC services.
- Log and manage client interactions via CRM tools.
- Address and resolve client and driver concerns promptly.
- Support dispatch and logistics teams by relaying key information.
- Meet daily call metrics and quality service standards.
- Stay updated on company services, routes, and policies.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions.
