Position 1: General Services Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of support services concepts, systems, and procedures
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Motorcycle & Generator Mechanic
Educational Qualification
- TVET Diploma in Automotive Engine Service or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Property Valuation Engineer
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated work experience, preferably in Banking/MFI sector

Position 4: Reconciliation & Settlement Accountant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting
Experience
- Bachelor degree: 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma: 4 years of relevant experience in banking or MFI
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 5: Human Capital Business Partner Division Manager
Educational Qualification
- MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field
Experience
- 7–9 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in MFI/Banking sector

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to teamwork and gender equality
- Computer proficiency
