Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
Education
- Diploma/Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong technical ability and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
- Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and leadership ability.
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Good knowledge of economic and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
