Position: Intern – Macroeconomics, Finance and Governance Division
Education Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s or Ph.D. program (or equivalent).
- Must commence internship within one year of graduation, if not currently enrolled.
- Field of study must be relevant to the division (e.g., economics, finance, governance, policy, or related areas).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interest in the work of the United Nations and commitment to its mission.
- Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
- Excellent knowledge of standard office software:
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- No prior work experience required for UN internship roles.
Additional Information:
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Visa, travel, and living expenses are the responsibility of the intern or their sponsoring institution.
- International interns may need to arrange work/employment authorization.
- Candidates must submit relevant academic proof or certification during application or upon request.
