Position: Junior Brewing Operator
Required Education
- B.Sc. Degree in:
- Food Science Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Other related fields
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-planned, focused, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong technical and process understanding
- Keen observation skills
Main Responsibilities
- Support the beer production process as per brewer instructions
- Participate in operations from malt entry up to BBT connection to bottling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and production areas
- Strictly follow safety procedures and properly use recommended PPE
