Position: Junior Packaging Operator
Required Education/Experience and Key Skills
- Diploma/Level 4 from a vocational-technical school, BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related fields of study.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar or other related position.
- Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities (as appropriate) is an advantage.
- Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
Required Differentiating Competencies
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of SHE policies, statutory requirements, and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
- Respond to change positively and flexibly and sustain a positive outlook across a range of situations/challenges.
