Position: Junior Packaging Operator

Required Education / Experience

• BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Diploma / Level IV from a vocational-technical school in relevant fields
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of teamwork principles
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
• Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
• Understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and statutory requirements
• Positive attitude and flexibility in responding to change
• Ability to maintain a professional and safe working approach

Main Responsibilities

• Apply technical and process skills to support overall brewery and plant performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in individual and team development activities
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational goals
