Position: Junior Packaging Operator
We are seeking energetic, passionate, and motivated candidates who are ready to contribute to our packaging operations and take on responsibilities in a dynamic production environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or
- Diploma/Level IV in related fields from a technical/vocational school.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a related role (Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement principles.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Awareness of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to change positively and maintain a professional outlook under challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brewing, Packaging, Production Services, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production.
- Support cross-departmental needs in brewing, engineering, and QA/QC.
- Operate, clean, and maintain assigned packaging equipment.
- Execute maintenance schedules, respond to breakdowns, and monitor plant performance.
- Uphold Occupational Health and Safety standards at all times and act as a role model for safety.
- Strive for continuous improvement in plant efficiency and availability.
- Promote teamwork, self-awareness, and openness to learning.
