Position 1: Graduate Trainee – Safety
Qualification Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated passion for safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, discipline, and focus.
- Strong technical and process understanding.
- Result-driven, organized, and observant.
Program Overview:
The Graduate Trainee – Safety Program is designed to develop fresh graduates into competent Safety Officers. Trainees will receive structured mentorship, hands-on exposure, and technical training in hazard identification, risk management, and ISO 45001 standards within a modern brewery environment.
Work Location: Modjo
Position 2: Junior Warehouse Officer – Fresh Graduate
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Economics, or any other Business-related field.
- Open to fresh graduates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer handling and communication ability.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel).
