Position: Sales Executive
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and be assigned across different regions of Ethiopia.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field
- Experience:
- 0 to 2+ years in sales, marketing, or related areas
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of field sales practices
- Valid driver’s license (2nd grade or above) with driving experience
- Eagerness to learn through training, workshops, and conferences
- High level of self-motivation and customer focus
Main Purpose of the Role
To increase sales volume in assigned territories, build strong customer relationships, achieve growth targets, and help maintain the company’s competitive edge. You’ll also monitor market trends and propose strategic promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets consistently
- Maintain and update records of all outlets (active, inactive, closed)
- Visit at least 25 scheduled outlets daily
- Submit weekly/monthly journey plans and adhere to them
- Report to Area Sales Manager and attend daily team meetings
- Monitor competitor activities and execute promo plans
- Ensure on-time product delivery and excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
