Position: Intern – Timbuktoo Project
Are you a recent engineering graduate or a postgraduate student passionate about manufacturing technology and innovation? Join the UNDP Timbuktoo Project and gain hands-on experience in inclusive market development and private-sector innovation.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated (within 1 year) from a postgraduate or undergraduate program
- Fields of study:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering
- Manufacturing Technology
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inclusive market systems
- Interest or experience in student innovation activities and event organization
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with community engagement or youth innovation projects
- Design and data analysis software proficiency is a plus
- Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship
