Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Health Officer (HO)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must have passed the National Exit Exam
- Valid professional license is required

- Client relationship management
- Related areas
- Experience in insurance, banking, hospitality, telecom, or financial services is advantageous

- Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage customer complaints professionally
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong report writing and documentation ability
