1. File Clerk
Qualification: Diploma in Library Science, Database Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a business organization
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of physical and digital file organization

2. System Administrator / IT Support & Network Administrator
Qualification: BSc in ICT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a System Administrator (preferably in the insurance industry)
Required Skills:
- Setup and maintain LAN (wired/wireless) infrastructure
- Configure IP, DHCP, DNS, and shared resources
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and enterprise software
- Troubleshooting and documentation maintenance

3. Talent Development / Training Officer
Qualification: BA in Management or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Talent Development or Training Officer
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HR practices and Ethiopian labor law
