Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Marketing Management
- Business Management
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have graduated in June 2026 only
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above (preferred)
- Be willing to learn and work in a professional environment
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Internship Duration
- 3 months (extendable based on performance and business needs)
Internship Benefit
- Paid Monthly Stipend
Duty Station

Position 2: Junior Accountant
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of proven accounting experience (mandatory)
- Applicants with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of experience will not be considered
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience with accounting software is an added advantage

Position 3: Underwriting Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- OR
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage as an Underwriting Officer
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of insurance principles and risk assessment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, documentation systems, and Insurance ERP systems
