1. ACS Assistant
Salary: USD $14,371 per year
Location: Addis Ababa
Education Requirements
- Completion of two years of college or university studies
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Administrative work
- Case management
- Customer service
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Fluent Amharic (speaking, reading, writing)
Language proficiency may be tested.
2. Security Investigator (Criminal Fraud Investigator)
Salary: USD $22,239 per year
Location: Addis Ababa
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Law
- Law Enforcement
- Security
- International Relations
- Politics
- Criminal Justice / Forensics
- Police Science
Experience
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in:
- Criminal investigations
- Security operations
- Administrative investigations
- Court or law enforcement related activities
Experience may include working with local government agencies or collaborating with U.S. government programs.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Fluent Amharic (speaking, reading, writing)
Language proficiency may be tested.
3. Consular Assistant (General)
Salary: USD $11,806 per year
Location: Addis Ababa
Education Requirements
- Completion of High School education
Experience
- Minimum 2 years progressively responsible experience in:
- Administrative work
- Government services
- Para-professional roles
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Fluent Amharic (speaking, reading, writing)
Language proficiency may be tested.
