What the Scholarship Covers (Fully Funded Package)
The Türkiye Scholarships full-time program includes:
- University and department placement
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Monthly stipend
- Free accommodation
- Health insurance
- One-year Turkish language course
- One-time flight ticket (upon arrival and graduation, as per policy)
Monthly Stipend (Official Amounts)
- Undergraduate (Associate/Bachelor’s): 4,500 TL per month
- Master’s: 6,500 TL per month
- PhD: 9,000 TL per month
Accommodation Support
- Undergraduate students: Dormitory accommodation covered for the full study period
- Master’s & PhD students: Dormitory support in the first year
- Some graduate students may receive cash accommodation support (750 TL/month) depending on city and policy

Not Eligible
Minimum Academic Requirements (Official)
- Associate/Bachelor’s: Minimum 70%
- Master’s/PhD: Minimum 75%
- Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): Minimum 90%
Age Requirements
- Associate/Bachelor’s: Under 21
- Master’s: Under 30
- PhD: Under 35
- Research Scholarship: Under 50
Important Academic Field Note (Graduate Level)
Türkiye Scholarships generally does not award graduate scholarships in Health Sciences (clinical fields).
However, some health-related non-clinical programs may be available depending on how they are classified in the TBBS system.

- National exam results (if applicable)

Turkish Language Requirement
- Applicants without C1 Turkish proficiency must complete a one-year Turkish language course
- C1 proficiency must be achieved before starting the academic program
