JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Procurement Assistant
Duties and responsibilities
- Assistance with the preparation of Request for Quotation, Initiations to Bid, Requests for Proposal and co-ordination of their timely dispatch;
- Assist the Procurement Manager in maintaining current up to date procurement documents and Manuals.
- Doing summaries and evaluating the offers according to the technical specifications
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, management, marketing, supply and logistics and related fields
- Good command of word, excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduate with a minimum of 3.8 GPA
Location: Addis Ababa, Lideta
Position 2: Junior Marketing officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with GPA above 3.5
Experience: 0-year work experience
Technical skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques (social media, SEO, email marketing).
Location: Addis Ababa, Lideta
Position 3: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems for water treatment plants, including piping, pumps, and treatment equipment.
- Perform system analysis, equipment selection, and layout design.
- Ensure compliance with relevant mechanical codes and standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project execution
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design for water treatment plants or similar projects.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa (With Frequent Travel)
Position 4: Senior Electrical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for water treatment plants and related infrastructure.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects effectively.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design for water treatment plants or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa (With Frequent Travel)
Position 5: Senior office engineer
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: with minimum 5 years Proven experience work experience in tender preparation.
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Knowledge of tendering processes, procurement, and contract management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender preparation software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Position 6: Senior Sales and Marketing officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: minimum 4 years Proven work experience in sales and marketing especially in Generators, Electromechanical equipment’s water tanks & related fields.
Technical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques (social media, SEO, email marketing).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
