Registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No. 86/1994 (License No. 017/12), TISc began operations with a subscribed capital of 45 million Birr and a paid-up capital of 11,480,000 Birr, exceeding the minimum requirement of 3 million Birr. The company currently operates three branches in Addis Ababa and is committed to delivering trusted and professional insurance services.

1. Junior Underwriting Officer / Claims Officer
Education: BA/BSc in Statistics
Experience: No experience required
Remark: Graduated in 2017 E.C. and certified through the national exit exam
Salary: As per company scale with benefit packages
Location: Head Office and Addis Ababa City Branches
2. Junior Accountant
Education: BA/BSc in Accounting / Finance
Experience: No experience required
Remark: Graduated in 2017 E.C. and certified through the national exit exam
Salary: As per company scale with benefit packages
Location: Head Office
3. Underwriting Officer II
Education: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
Experience: 2 years in insurance
Salary: As per company scale with benefit packages
Location: Addis Ababa City Branches
4. Underwriting Supervisor
Education: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
Experience: 5 years in insurance, including 2 years in senior positions
Salary: As per company scale with benefit packages
Location: Addis Ababa City Branches
5. Senior Auditor
Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
Experience: 4 years in insurance
Salary: As per company scale with benefit packages
Location: Head Office
