Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- BA degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Marketing Management
- Or related disciplines
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer in the banking industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line banking services with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, and account management for clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Promote bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
