As we expand our digital trade and business media services, we are looking to hire 10 Customer Success Officers who are passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and client empowerment.
Position: Customer Success Officer (Female Applicants Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients using TradeEthiopia platforms
- Support users across Tesbinn training programs, the Ethio-International Expo, Enisra job platform, and import/export facilitation services
- Provide onboarding guidance, user training, and client support via email, phone, WhatsApp Business, and CRM
- Ensure client satisfaction by identifying needs, addressing complaints, and offering personalized solutions
- Assist during expos, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events
- Monitor and record client feedback using digital tools for internal improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, events, IT) to address customer needs
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services
Required Qualifications:
- BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in customer support, B2B coordination, or digital platform service roles (fresh graduates with internship experience encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
- Knowledge of B2B commerce, trade platforms, or customer success principles is preferred
- Passion for trade, entrepreneurship, and economic development
- Knowledge of additional languages (French, Arabic, Chinese) is a strong asset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver results under pressure
