Available Positions
Position 1: Sales Officer
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- 0 years experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
- Fluent in English; other local/international languages are a plus
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Female Recruitment & Employer Subscription Officer
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Development Studies; IT/Digital Systems knowledge is an advantage
- 1–4 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, NGO, or private recruitment agencies
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication in English and Amharic
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Independent work with target orientation
- Social media and digital platform experience
- Data handling, Excel, and online job boards/ATS systems knowledge
- Tech tools: WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Google Forms/Sheets, Email Marketing
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Coffee Cupping Instructor
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Coffee Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields preferred
- Certificate of Competency (COC) Level 4 in Coffee or equivalent certification
- Experience in coffee cupping, grading, sensory evaluation, or quality assessment
- Prior teaching or training experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of coffee quality control procedures and industry standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills
- Ability to evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Female B2B Relationship Officer
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B support, sales coordination, customer success, or international trade
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems, trade facilitation, or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM platforms
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of additional languages (French, Arabic, Chinese) is an advantage
