Our team is growing, and we are currently hiring talented fresh graduates to join our team as Night Shift Data Encoders working across our construction sites.
Position Summary
As a Night Shift Data Encoder, you will ensure accurate and timely entry of store data into the company’s ERP system. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking real-world experience in digital systems, IT, and construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input store-related data into the ERP system during the night shift
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with site and inventory teams to verify daily records
- Provide feedback on discrepancies, system issues, or inefficiencies
- Maintain a clean digital log of transactions and materials handled
- Support in generating daily summaries and submitting reports to supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Recent graduate (2024 or 2025) – no prior experience required
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Understanding of networking, internet systems, and related infrastructure
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work night shifts and at construction site locations
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
