Available Positions
1. Junior / Fresh Graduate Architect
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 4 Junior/Fresh Graduate Architects with a strong interest in architectural design, digital modeling, and modern architectural software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational background in Architecture.
- Junior Architects and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of Revit is required.
- Knowledge of D5 Render is required.
- Ability to develop architectural plans and 3D models.
- Ability to prepare presentations.
- Ability to create architectural visualizations.
- Basic understanding of D5 Render.
- Basic understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Required Software: Revit + D5 Render
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other architectural software is an advantage.
2. Junior Sanitary Engineer
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 2 Junior Sanitary Engineers/Fresh Graduates to support the design and coordination of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and related building systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational background in Sanitary Engineering, Water Supply Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of building plumbing systems.
- Ability to prepare water supply and drainage layouts.
- Ability to assist with water supply and drainage calculations.
- Basic understanding of sanitary and wastewater systems.
- Ability to prepare plumbing and sanitary drawings.
- Ability to prepare basic riser diagrams and system details.
- Ability to coordinate sanitary drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
- Ability to identify basic coordination issues.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary design team.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Required Software: AutoCAD + Revit MEP
Knowledge of other plumbing, sanitary design, or hydraulic calculation software is an advantage.
3. Junior / Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 3 Junior/Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineers with strong technical fundamentals and an interest in building electrical systems and design.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Good understanding of building electrical systems.
- Ability to prepare electrical layouts and construction drawings.
- Ability to develop lighting and power layouts.
- Ability to assist with electrical load calculations.
- Ability to prepare and understand single-line diagrams.
- Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems.
- Ability to assist in designing low-voltage electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other building electrical systems.
- Ability to coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, and sanitary designs.
- Ability to identify basic design clashes and coordination issues.
- Ability to prepare electrical schedules and technical documentation.
- Ability to participate in multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Required Software: AutoCAD + Revit MEP
Knowledge of DIALux/DIALux Evo and other electrical design software is an advantage.
4. Experienced Architect
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 3 Experienced Architects with strong architectural design, BIM, digital modeling, and construction documentation skills.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional architectural experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit for architectural modeling and documentation.
- Proficiency in D5 Render for high-quality architectural visualization.
- Ability to develop projects from concept design through detailed design.
- Ability to prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Ability to create and manage accurate BIM/Revit models.
- Ability to produce high-quality 3D models and architectural renders using D5 Render.
- Ability to coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, sanitary, and other disciplines.
- Ability to review and revise designs based on project requirements and comments.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5. Senior Sanitary Engineer
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 2 Senior Sanitary Engineers capable of independently handling sanitary design and coordinating systems across multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of building plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Ability to design water supply and drainage systems.
- Ability to perform domestic water supply calculations.
- Ability to design sanitary drainage and wastewater systems.
- Ability to design stormwater and rainwater drainage systems.
- Ability to prepare plumbing and sanitary construction drawings.
- Ability to prepare riser diagrams, details, layouts, and schedules.
- Ability to develop sanitary designs.
- Ability to coordinate sanitary systems with architectural, structural, and electrical designs.
- Ability to identify and resolve multidisciplinary design clashes.
- Ability to review sanitary drawings and technical submissions.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Strong knowledge of applicable standards and construction practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Required Software: AutoCAD + Revit MEP
Knowledge of other plumbing, sanitary design, and hydraulic calculation software is an advantage.
6. Senior Structural Engineer
Tibeb Design & Build is seeking 3 Structural Engineers with strong structural design, analysis, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building design.
- Ability to perform structural analysis and design.
- Experience designing reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Ability to prepare structural calculations and design reports.
- Ability to prepare structural plans, sections, details, and schedules.
- Ability to develop structural designs from concept through detailed design.
- Ability to coordinate structural designs with architectural, electrical, and sanitary disciplines.
- Ability to review architectural drawings and identify structural requirements.
- Ability to review and check structural drawings prepared by junior team members.
- Ability to identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ability to participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to site-related issues.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Required Software: ETABS + SAFE + AutoCAD
Knowledge of SAP2000, Revit Structure, or other structural design software is an advantage.
