Position 1: Office Engineer
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Construction Management Technology
- Civil Engineering
- Related fields
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Experience mainly in building construction projects

Position 2: Project Site Engineer
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management Technology (COTM)
- Related Engineering fields
Experience Requirement
- 4–6 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building construction activities, excavation support systems, and temporary works
Required Skills and Competencies
- Site supervision and coordination
- Excavation and shoring techniques
- Temporary works management
- Survey interpretation and setting-out
- Quality assurance and quality control
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Time management and planning
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD
Additional Advantage:
- Knowledge of Primavera P6
- Knowledge of Civil 3D

Position 3: Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Environmental Health
- Related Engineering fields
Required Certification
- NEBOSH Certified in:
- IGC1
- IGC2
Experience Requirement
- 3–5 years of experience
- Experience coordinating HSE activities in:
- Large construction projects
- Manufacturing sectors
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, safety directives, and environmental regulations
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- First aid and emergency preparedness
- Knowledge of:
- ISO 45001:2018 requirements
- ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
