Available Positions
1. Customer Service and Information Expert
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or related field from recognized institutes
Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; experience is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information to patients, support front desk operations, and ensure excellent customer service
2. Customer Service Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management only
Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; experience is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities: Manage patient inquiries, maintain records, and support daily administrative operations
3. Food and Beverage Controller
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, Nutritional Science, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
Requirements: Updated professional license from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities: Supervise food & beverage operations, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, manage inventory
4. Laboratory Technician
Education: College diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized institutes
Experience: At least 1 year in medical centers
Requirements: Updated professional license from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities: Collect and dispatch samples, manage reagents and mini-store inventory, maintain lab records
5. Chef
Education: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Technology
Experience: 2–5 years in hospitals, hotels, or restaurants
Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP or equivalent)
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards
