Position 1: Insurance and Facility Management Officer I
Qualifications and Experience
- First Degree from a recognized university or college in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Office Services Management
- Banking and Insurance
- Or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Messenger
Educational Qualification
- 10th or 12th Grade complete
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and distribute office correspondence, documents, and materials
- Run interoffice errands under the supervision of the Insurance and Facility Management Supervisor
- Support office operations through timely document handling
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Archive Officer I
Qualifications and Experience
- Level IV Diploma from a recognized college or TVET in:
- Management
- Human Resource Management
- Or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and up-to-date organizational archive records
- Record and manage all incoming and outgoing documents
- Support HR activities including recruitment, promotion, transfer, and performance management
- Prepare periodic archive statistical reports
- Ensure compliance with archival procedures
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Car Carrier Driver
Qualification Options
Option 1
- TVET 10+1 or Level I Certificate in Auto Mechanics or Automotive Technology
- Truck Driver’s License (Category D-3)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Option 2
- 10th or 12th Grade complete
- 5th Grade Driving License
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
Option 3
- 8th Grade complete
- 5th Grade Driving License
- Minimum of 6 years driving experience
Key Responsibilities
- Transport vehicles safely and efficiently
- Arrange, load, and unload vehicles according to transport regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle inspection before, during, and after trips
- Ensure proper maintenance and annual inspection of the truck
