1. Quantity Surveyor
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Cost estimation and budgeting, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), rate analysis, and cost plans.
- Quantity take-offs and accurate measurement from drawings using manual methods and software.
- BOQ preparation for civil, structural, finishing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
- Tender documentation, including preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
- Preparation of interim payment certificates and valuation of completed work.
- Claims management, final accounts preparation, and settlement of project accounts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
2. Senior Accountant
Educational Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Required Skills
- Experience in construction project accounting and cost control.
- Ability to prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial reports.
- Knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project costs, subcontractor payments, retention, advances, and variations.

3. Project Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or project management.
Required Technical Skills
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Construction Methodology: Strong understanding of high-rise building construction sequences.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC): Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ability to conduct risk assessments and prepare safety plans.
- Cost Management: Experience coordinating with quantity surveyors on project budgets and payments.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Project.
- Office and Structural Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE is an advantage.
- Contract Administration: Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and extensions of time.

4. Foreman
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or TVET qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
Required Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
- Knowledge of high-rise construction methods, including formwork systems, scaffolding, and concrete pouring.
- Site supervision and labor management, including task assignment and productivity monitoring.
- Quality control and inspection of workmanship against project specifications and standards.
