Position: Sales Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications (HCIA or HCSA) are mandatory.
- 2-5 years of experience in a presale, solutions engineering role or related.
- In-depth understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and services, with strong expertise in relevant technologies.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of products, technologies, or platforms relevant to the company].
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal writing.
- Customer-focused with a passion for solving business challenges.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers or attend industry events.
- Potential to advance to roles such as Presales Manager, Solutions Architect, or
- Frequent interaction with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
