Sky Gate PLC is a newly established travel retail company with a vision to become one of the leading duty-free retail operators in Ethiopia and across the region.
The company is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional female candidates to join its growing retail team as Sales Assistants.
POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory
Language Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Additional language skills in any of the following are highly advantageous:
- Arabic
- Chinese
- French
- Swahili
- Other international languages

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Maintain product displays and restock merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and returns
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and secure
• Support the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
