Position 1 : Junior Officer
➠ Education : BA degree in management, business administration, accounting and finance , Business Leadership marketing management Economics or related fields
➠ Experience :1 years General Work Experience in Banking Industry

➠ Place of work : North Finfinnee (Adhaki, Shire, Mekele and Kamise Branches), South Finfinnee(Buta Jira Branch) and Adama(Awash Sebet Branch) Districts.
Position 2 : Customer Service Officer
➠ Education : BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.
➠ Experience : 2 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as junior officer equivalent position in Banking Industry.
➠ Job Grade : VIII
➠ Place of work : Under North Finfinne(Mekele, Ada-haki, Kamise and Shire Branches), South Finfinnee,(Buta Jira Branch), Hawasa(Gomole and Dari Eba Branches) and Adama(Awash Sebat Branch) Districts.
Position 3 : Internal Controller
➠ Education : BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.
➠ Experience : 2 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as, Customer service Officer or equivalent position in Banking Industry.
➠ Job Grade : VIII
➠ Place of work : Under South Finfinnee (Kota, Buta Jira, Balcha Safo, Burka Wayu, Lafto and Lafto Tumtu Branches), East Finfinnee(Beseka Branch), Adama( Awash Sebet Branch), Hawasa(Gomole and Dari Eba Branches) and North Finfinne (Mekele, Kamise and Shire Branches) Districts.
Position 4 : Mechanic
➠ Education : BS/Dip in Mechanical Engineering or General Mechanics.
➠ Experience : 3/4 years ‘General Work Experience as general Mechanic or equivalent Position.
➠ Job grade :-X
➠ Place of work : Dire Dawa District Office.
Position 5 : Senior Banking Operation Officer II
➠ Education : MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields of study.
➠ Experience : 5/6 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 year as Manager, Banking Operation Officer I and Manager, Banking Operation Management I or equivalent in banking industry.
➠ Job Grade : XI
➠ Place of work : Dire Dawa District.
Position 6 : Branch Manager
➠ Education : MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
➠ Experience : 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Manager, Banking Operation Management-I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent in banking industry.
➠ Job Grade : XI

Position 8 : Manager, Corporate Audit

➠ Experience : field with 8/9 years work experience of which 2 years as Team Leader Internal Auditor, Senior Auditor II and Branch Manager-II or equivalent position

Position 9 : IHSAN CRM Officer I
