- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 1 year in banking

2. Junior Collateral Valuator
- Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 1 year as Trainee Engineer or equivalent in banking
- Grade: VII
- Workplace: Dire Dawa District Office
3. Customer Relationship Officer
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years relevant (1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent)
- Grade: VIII

4. Personal Record Unit Assistant
- Qualification: Level IV in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Management, or HCM
- Experience: 2 years (banking experience advantageous)

- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related fields

6–8. Senior IT Governance, Risk & Compliance – I | Senior IT Security Engineering – I | Cyber Security Analyst – I

- Experience: 4–5 years relevant in IT Governance, Security, or Cybersecurity (Banking experience advantageous)

- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in HRM, Management, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- I: 4–5 years (including 1 year as Talent Acquisition Officer/HCM Officer/Strategy Officer)
- II: 5–6 years (including 2 years as Senior HCM/Strategy Officer or equivalent)

13. Trainer
