- Qualification: Grade 10 or Grade 8 Complete
- Experience: Not required or 2 years of relevant experience

2. Security Guard
- Qualification: Grade 8 Complete with military training
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Collateral Valuation Engineer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Hawassa District
4. Senior Accountant
- Qualification: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking
- Experience: 4 years for BA holders; 2 years for MA holders
- Location: Addis Ababa and Adama
5. Senior Branch Coordination Support Officer
- Qualification: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields
- Experience: 4/2 years of relevant experience (BA/MA)
- Location: Hawassa District
6. Senior Business Support Officer
- Qualification: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields
- Experience: 4/2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Hawassa District
7. Senior Human Capital Officer
- Qualification: BA or MA in HRM, Management, Public Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 4/2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Hawassa District
8. Senior Credit Analysis Appraisal Officer
- Qualification: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields
- Experience: 4/2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Hawassa District
9. Senior Collateral Valuation Engineer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
- Location: Addis Ababa
10. Senior Audit Follow-up Analysis Officer
- Qualification: BA or MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields
- Experience: 4/2 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at senior or equivalent level
- Location: Hawassa District
11. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA or MA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: 6/4 years of relevant experience, including 4/2 years in supervisory or senior positions
- Location: Hawassa District Branches
