Position 1: Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
The Senior Software Developer will research, evaluate, recommend, and develop IT systems that meet the Bank’s operational requirements. This includes system analysis, customization, development, and integration activities.
Job Requirements
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 4–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and practices.
- Considerable experience with computerized banking systems.
- Advanced computer application and programming skills.
Place of Assignment: Head Office, Application Management & Support Department.
Position 2: Lead Network Engineer (Section Head Level)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director – IT Infrastructure Management Department, the Lead Network Engineer will design, implement, and oversee the Bank’s complex network infrastructure. The role ensures security, scalability, availability, and resilience of systems while mentoring technical teams and driving vendor evaluations.
Job Requirements
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 6–7 years of network engineering/administration experience, with 2–3 years in supervisory roles.
- Proven expertise in network project execution and team leadership.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of banking-grade networking and security.
Place of Assignment: Head Office, IT Infrastructure Management Department.
