The institution has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) to expand access to digital financial solutions that promote inclusion and economic empowerment.
Through digital lending platforms and smart financial products, Digaf aims to make financial services more accessible, efficient, and impactful—helping clients achieve greater stability and growth.
Position: Senior Branch Loan Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Additional certification in lending, microfinance, or credit analysis is an advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in consumer or commercial lending
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the microfinance sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan targets
Key Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and credit policies
- Strong skills in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Proficient in loan processing systems and MS Office applications
