SAMANU PLC is a platform company that operates well-known brands in Ethiopia’s major FMCG sectors, including Tena Edible Oils, 555 and Aura Soap & Detergents, and Chef Luca wheat products. The company is involved in importing raw sunflower oil, refining it locally, and distributing packaged products across the country.
As part of its expansion plan, SAMANU is investing in a new solvent extraction plant that will enable the company to produce raw oil from locally grown sunflower seeds, strengthening local production and supply chains.

Graduate Trainee
Qualification
- BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Applied Chemistry

Data Analyst
Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights

Shift Mechanic
Education
- Diploma or Degree in General Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience
Special Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD

Operator
Qualification
- Diploma / TVET (10+3) in General Mechanics or Industrial Electricity
Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in machine operation or manufacturing process

Maintenance Planner
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines

Skills
- Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Schematics
- Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Skilled in AutoCAD

Internal Auditor
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or auditing
- Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
